The 29th of July is going to be a magic night, dedicated to gastronomy and wines which make Montefalco loved all around the world. Music and street art will create an evocative vibe.
These the features of the 2021 edition of “Montefalco, ristorante a cielo aperto”: the village “ringhiera dell’umbria”, one of the most beautiful one in Italy, will open its doors to tourists for a magical summer night.
Consorzio Tutela Vini Montefalco and La Strada del Sagrantino, with the patronage of the city hall of Montefalco, decided to promote a new activity which will combine restaurants, wineries and cultural guides and which will be able to restore the image of a territory full of quality, work and creativity.

For this night, the center of the city will become an open air restaurant and a soundtrack will connect all the menus and the gastronomic specialties. The artistic company Giullari del diavolo will perform with an itinerant exhibition through the restaurants that decided to join the initiative. Their performances will create a special vibe like a fairytale. Time will stop for this event with the purpose of highlighting the hospitality of Montefalco, symbol of viticulture with the capacity to connect with the territory, appreciating and promoting its wineries.
The producers will dedicate an exclusive selection of wines of DOC and DOCG Montefalco and Spoleto certification paired with the menus created for the event.

In addition, for the selected wines tasted during the dinners you will receive a special discount of 5%.
All the hygienic and sanitary standards will be respected using the devices required and social distance.
